Contest Proceedings
After the contest, we will publish the proceedings of the CASMI contest in a special issue of the peer-reviewed Elsevier journal Phytochemistry Letters about the results of Natural Product identification in Category 1.

Phytochemistry Letters (ISSN: 1874-3900) is an international, peer-reviewed journal. Phytochemistry Letters invites rapid communications on all aspects of natural product research including including structural elucidation of natural products and metabolomics.


Results of the computational methods have been published in Critical Assessment of Small Molecule Identification 2016: automated methods, covering the 208 challenges in Categories 2 and 3, from organization, participation, results and post-contest evaluation of CASMI 2016 through to perspectives for future contests and small molecule annotation/identification.
