Contest Proceedings
After the contest, we published the proceedings of
the CASMI contest in a special
issue of the Open Access,
peer-reviewed MDPI journal Metabolites
Metabolites (ISSN 2218-1989) is an international, peer-reviewed open
access journal. While the primary focus is on metabolism and
metabolomics, advances in mass spectrometry interpretation and structure elucidation
by the environmental research community are of course also relevant
in the scope of the special issue.
We also presented a poster on CASMI at the 61st ASMS Conference on Mass Spectrometry and Allied Topics June 9 - 13, 2013 in Minneapolis:
